Our mission
To accomplish Mark 16:15-16 AMPC
15 And He said to them, Go into all the world and preach and publish openly the good news (the Gospel) to every creature [of the whole entire human race].
16 He who believes [who adheres to and trusts in and relies on the Gospel and Him Whom it sets forth] and is baptized will be saved from the penalty of eternal death]; but he who does not believe [who does not adhere to and trust in and rely on the Gospel and Him Whom it sets forth] will be condemned.
Our vision
We, at Refuge Worship Center, aspire to see God's people living with purpose, intention, and knowledge, becoming effective disciples in their daily lives and Ministries. We desire for the people of God to Worship freely, in spirit an in truth. Our Goal is to create a safe space where individuals can find answers and gain understanding about their current paths, and their destined futures.

Apostle Dr. Larry C Mackey
Apostle Dr. Larry Mackey, a native of South Florida, began preaching the gospel at the early age of five. After graduating from Blanche Ely High School, he served in the military, continuing his ministry while serving his country. His early years in ministry were shaped by his involvement with the Apostolic Assembly of Christ, under the leadership of Diocesan Bishop Paul W. Bell Jr. and Presiding Bishop George Marshal Boone.
In 2013, Apostle Mackey founded Refuge Worship Center in DeRidder, Louisiana. His vision for expanding the ministry led to the establishment of a Florida branch in 2019. That same year, he was appointed as an international apostle of Kingdom International Alliance, an organization in which he has been serving as the 1st Assistant Presider since 2021.
Apostle Mackey’s academic journey is extensive. He earned an Associate of Arts degree from Palm Beach State College, followed by a Bachelor of Arts from Florida Atlantic University. He holds additional bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Harvest Reapers Educational Institute. Furthering his academic pursuits, Dr. Mackey completed his law degree at Trinity Law School. He also holds multiple PhDs, including from Harvest Reapers, World Bible Theological Seminary, and Florida Atlantic University.
Apostle Dr. Larry Mackey’s commitment to ministry, combined with his diverse educational background, reflects his dedication to both spiritual leadership and academic excellence.

Is a proud native of Hollywood, Fl but currently resides in The Palms of Hallandale Beach, Fl. She completed a single "He's the one" with a female Gospel group; after 15 years she became solo and God has opened many doors. She is now featured in Gospel Stage Plays, Women's Conferences, Community Outreach and Youth events. She has shared the Stage with Gospel Recording artist: Dorinda Clark-Cole, the legendary Dorothy Norwood, Sundays Best winner Leandria Johnson, finalist Jessica Reedy, Kendall Hunter, Jonathan Nelson and Psalist Raine. She has Co-starred with Michael Pugh in the stage play "Life Behind the Mask". She is also the Founder/CEO SAVE Productions, which helps catapult up and coming Artist. She single "Winter Spring" is climbing the Charts. She is set to present her first Gospel stage play "My Desire Is" in Dec 2024. Her Kingdom Agenda is Making God Famous. She is truly one of God's Anointed Vessels. Get ready to be ushered into the Throne Room!

Is the Founder/CEO of the KFWF 24/7 Broadcast whereas she call it the "Home of the independent Gospel Artist." She play Music 24/7 plus go live as the King’s Daughter “Naomi”….She also is known as Faithwalkn Faithful as a Songwriter and Artist, and has Recorded her first CD Project titled: “Iam a Child of God” (2010) and other singles; whereas, she has shared her Music Ministry in Fl, WA State, SC, Portland Oregon etc.; she successfully wrote a grant (9K) for a local Transitional Facility which house Families, and she sat on the board for one complete year in WA State. She has traveled to Portland, Oregon for three consecutive years as the Guest Speaker for a Mother’s Day Program; She has mentored local Gospel Artist such as UVG, and they appeared on TBN Public Review to talk about Youth Advocacy. She has trained thru Ministry Ranks, Worked the Alter, Worked in Deliverance Ministry, sung with the Choir/ Praise Team, Directed the Youth Choir and is a Midwife in the Spirit. She delights in the things of God!
